About Cheryl
I believe that I was born a therapist and that my additional trainings, education and life experience has helped me to refine my natural abilities and skills. My 14 year career as a professional Social Worker has encompassed a wide range of positions working with children, adolescents and adults in both profit and non-profit organizations. During this time I have continued to increase my knowledge and expertise by obtaining certifications in hypnosis, EMDR, Thought Field Therapy and as a Substance Abuse Professional for NAADAC. I continue to learn and grow as a clinician by attending seminars and trainings that improve my ability to help people along their journey of life.
My style is warm, active and at times challenging to help you become the best you can be. I believe in you and your ability to change your life and to find peace, joy, self-acceptance, happiness and prosperity. Life can give you what you want and need.
